Clinical Standards & Reporting Lead

Oversees ultrasound clinical standards, reporting quality, critical findings escalation, peer review and clinical competency processes.

Patient Safety Lead

Oversees incident reporting and investigation, Duty of Candour, complaints management and organisational learning.

Information Governance Lead

Oversees data protection, confidentiality, information security, records management and information governance assurance.

Infection Prevention & Control Lead

Oversees infection prevention and control standards, equipment decontamination requirements and alignment with host NHS Trust procedures.

Safeguarding & Patient Experience Lead
